We had snow a week ago. Fairly early for our area. All last week it was cold -- like 30's/40's. Today it warmed up and actually felt like autumn!! It was a nice sunny 70 degrees outside. The rest of this week shouldn't be too bad either.
Back to the snow!
Perhaps the boys sensed it snowed because the morning of, they woke up at 6:30. Nice.
Luke loved scooping up the snow and putting it into his "boat". (It's actually one of those sand toys where sand seeps through the holes and makes the wheels turn)
The snow was really neat. There was maybe 2 inches but it just laid on top of everything. It was also perfect for snowballs -- fairly soft but icy too. Much better than the powder snow (in my opinion)
Time for "hot chocolate milk" as Luke calls it.

wow I can't believe you got snow before us! Glad you are having warmer weather. It looks like you are hanging in there pretty well! I am very inspired!
You got some great pictures! I'm ashamed to say that we didn't even take Kylee outside before it had all melted away!
