Boxes, Boxes and more Boxes.
We are moving next week! Some ladies from my ward (church) are coming over this week to help me pack. Luke is really cute and really sweet but he is absolutely no help with packing. Jason is so busy with finishing his flying he doesn't have time for much else except to eat and sleep. He should be able to do his check-ride (like a drivers test but for flying) tomorrow if the weather is good. He Has been flying solo since for about two weeks. He has flown two "cross-country" flights. The cross country flights aren't very far actually, he flew from Ogden, UT to Pocatello, ID and Ogden, UT to Logan, UT to Pocatello, ID. He sure is loving it. Any prayers in his behalf that he will be able to be calm and remember the things he needs to for his test would be appreciated. He is working so hard and is having a great time! I am so proud of him!!
We're moving next Wednesday. Thankfully some very generous friends of Jasons and other men in our ward have volunteered to help us pack our furniture and heavy items into our trailer. We bought a long trailer last summer when we thought we were moving to Texas then. It sure has come in handy! We used it to move up here and we've lent it to some friends who needed to move their things. Jason is looking forward to towing it. He is a pro at driving trailers. He's had two jobs in the past driving semi's. He really enjoys it. We'll be taking three days to drive down to TX. We'll stop in Denver, CO and then in Lubbock, TX. We're so excited to go somewhere new!
Luke is eating rice cereal now. He enjoys it for the most part. He likes it really thick rather than runny as my Dr's suggestions say to start it out. We're ... looking forward ... to driving hours and hours with Luke. I'm sure he'll have a nice time but I'm worried about him getting bored. We'll stop every few hours so we can all get out and stretch and get some fresh air.
I probably won't be posting anymore until we've moved in and have an internet connection. So, farewell for now! Here are some pictures to tide you over for the next few weeks!

I like the picture of Luke leaning over in the chair. I can hear him saying, "Oh please let them have something fun to play with on the trip to Texas. Hey, are we there yet." Love Dad
